Ordering

Listed perennials are available from March to November or until sold out. Minimum order by mail is 5 plants. No minimum applies if plants are collected from the nursery. Selected range of Perennials are available all year round direct from our nursery.

Please Note: Perennials may not be included in Rose orders. Packing methods are no compatible for safe transport.

Phone: Place your order by phoning (03) 5345 2847 during business hours (10am - 4pm Mon-Fri)

Mail: Complete the order form and mail to Mistydowns 2301 Midland Highway Creswick Vic 3363 including payment

Fax: Fax the completed order form to (03) 5345 1200, including Credit Card details or intended method of payment. Please do not mail your order as well as this will risk duplication.

Email: Complete the details on the order form of your selected roses in the shopping card and email to us direct via secure service.

Additions: Please advise if you have placed a previous order to prevent a split consignment. we will accept additions to your original order, dependent on availability. Additions close to dispatch time may have to be treated as a separate order.

Payment

A deposit of 50% is required with the placement of the order. Orders without the deposit will not be processed. Final payment is required before the plants can be dispatched.

Note: Orders received online will have a 50% deposit charged from your Credit Card and balance will be charged on dispatch from our Nursery. If paying by Cheque full amount should be included with the order.

If paying by Credit Card, a 50% deposit will be charged to your account upon receiving your order, and the balance will be charged on dispatch from our Nursery.

A Tax Invoice will be sent with the plants.

Special Delivery Instructions

If you are going to be away for a period of time or if you have any special delivery instructions please mark thse clearly on the Order Form.

Dispatch

Perennials will be sent out from March to November. Orders will be filled strictly in order of receipt. All parcels will be sent via Australia Post, unless otherwise instructed by receited delivery.

Orders for Collection

You may prefer to collect your plants from the Nursery, please indicate this on your Order Form. Please phone at least 24 hours before collection to enable us to have your order ready. Our office hours are 10am to 4pm daily.

Packing Methods

All plants are carefully packed and individually labelled for planting convenience and safe transit. When your plants arrive unpack the parcel immediately and water well. You may plant out at your leisure and water on a regular basis until plants have settled in.

Availability

Our range is very extensive and it is difficult to predict in advance our customer's requirements. Occasionally a variety becomes sold out. In case we are unable supply something in your order please list any substitutes that would be suitable. If you do not wish to receive any substitutes please state clearly on your order form NO SUBSTITUTES.

If we are unable to supply part of your order a credit note will be issued if the value is under $15.00 and a refund will be sent if over $15.00.

Warranty

We guarantee that all items leaving us are in good order, correctly labelled and carefully packed. We also guarantee excellent service, care and personal attention and we will cheerfully rectify any problem that can be reasonably shown to have occurred at our end. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage after they leave our care or during transit. We give no warranty expressed or implied as to the growth, description, quality or productiveness of the plants after they leave our care, as these factors are governed by forces beyond our control. If you do experience any problems please contact us immediately.

All claims must be received within three months of purchase. Our Nursery Label must be returned with the claim.
