Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mistydowns. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

*Please note we do not ship to Tasmania, Western Australia or the Northern Territory. This may change in the future so please join our newsletter to keep up to date if/when we begin shipping to these states.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All Perennial orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

For all bare-rooted product orders shipping is as follows:

  • Bare-rooted Roses ship from late June/early July through to the end of August. Bare-rooted Peonies ship from Early June to the end of August. All orders are shipped in the order they are received. If your order contains Roses and Peonies it will ship when all plants are ready during the bare-rooted season.
  • Mixed orders containing Perennials and Roses/Peonies will ship when the bare-rooted products are ready to ship.

*The Mistydowns will notify you 48 – 72 hours before your order is being shipped for all bare-rooted orders.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* All shipping charges are calculated directly from Australia Post based on the weight of the plants you are purchasing. The Shipping cost will be displayed as soon as you enter your postcode either by calculating shipping on the cart page or when you enter your details during checkout.

*If you would like your order shipped via a courier please contact us on 0447 316 643 to have this arranged.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes

Mistydowns ship to addresses within Australia only, including PO Boxes. Unfortunately we do not ship to Tasmania, Western Australia or the Northern Territory..

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Mistydowns are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Mistydowns will not be liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Australia Post to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of Australia.
