Paeonia ‘Boule de Neige’ is an Early Midseason Peony Lactiflora, double, white, cupped outer petals surrounding a fluffy centre of mixed narrow petals and stamens, white with a yellow suffusion and very prominent crimson flecks on the guards and on a ring of short thick petals near the centre, strong stems, heavy dark green foliage, (Calot 1867).
